Very happy with my service rep. But when car was delivered the radio antenna had not been reinstalled. Also I had to return to the dealership because the “Needs Service” notificatio But when car was delivered the radio antenna had not been reinstalled. Also I had to return to the dealership because the “Needs Service” notification had not been reset. However, my car was in fact well serviced with new tires and brakes as requested. Overall I am very happy with Autohaus BMW. More

My vehicle is running much better, and I appreciated that the staff took the time to explain what was wrong, walk me through the necessary repairs, and even demonstrate how some of the vehicle’s components f the staff took the time to explain what was wrong, walk me through the necessary repairs, and even demonstrate how some of the vehicle’s components function. They were somewhat communicative about the repair process; however, communication regarding timelines and progress updates could have been much better. Unfortunately, my overall experience was negatively impacted by additional issues that occurred while my vehicle was in their care. My rear parking assistance sensor was damaged, and my rear bumper was scratched. Neither issue was brought to my attention before I picked up my vehicle. After already paying approximately $800 to address my original concern, I am now potentially facing additional expenses to repair damage that I did not cause. While I appreciate the work completed on my original vehicle issue and the staff’s willingness to explain the repairs, I am disappointed by the lack of communication and the additional damage to my vehicle. I believe customers should be able to trust that their vehicles will be handled with care and that any issues arising during service will be communicated transparently. More
