Maintenance on BMW Chris was great to work with. I talked with him last week and he got me in ASAP and got me a loaner car. He was there on time and updated me as soon a Chris was great to work with. Saved my Patti Kupfer and Victor Richards Patti and Victor were so amazing for my first experience with a BMW and Autohaus. I purchased a car out of state, a CPO 2013 with 19,000 miles. 4 week Patti and Victor were so amazing for my first experience with a BMW and Autohaus. I purchased a car out of state, a CPO 2013 with 19,000 miles. 4 weeks later the battery died, windshield leaked and caused a lot of damage. The dealership in Texas was no help at all. Patti and Victor worked with my husband and I trying to help us work with BMW of North America and the Texas dealership. It was a 3 1/2 week ordeal due to insurance, the other dealership and BMW of NA. About a $4500.00 Repair. BMW covered part, insurance covered part and the dealership in Texas covered nothing. I spoke with Patti every morning about how to proceed under the extraordinary circumstances. My car runs great again and I am back in love with my car thanks to their patience and understanding and advise on how to handle these repairs that the out of town dealer refused to address. Thank you to Patti and Victor and everyone else that helped get the car running again. Forever grateful. More

That car was new, clean, and he explained how to work everything. By 10 the next morning my car was ready for pick, all clean too !!!! Great Experience!!! I took my car in for what was a slow leak in my right rear tire. They discovered that I had a cracked my right rear wheel. As always, Mike Crader was awesome in the service that he provided. As he had to order a new wheel, I was provided with a loaner vehicle. My car was repaired and ready for me to pick up the next day.
