Don't like car stuff but Linda makes it easy Linda Schaefer and Bob Dedert are the two main reasons I am a repeat customer at Autohaus. They make car issues non-stressful. However, my family has gone to Autohaus BMW since I can remember & I think my dad told me once he purchased 13 cars from them. So, it is comforting knowing that I'm going to a quality dealership. That said, I do know that there are other lesser expensive options. But, I feel very well taken care of by Mike and Linda. (They are usually the ones who help me.) Linda is extremely warm and welcoming. Mike is extremely friendly and helpful. I appreciate them both very much!! More

The Internet has taken a lot of the mystery and gamesmanship out of buying a new car. However, maintenance and repairs can still cause high anxiety when the customer must rely on the honesty and professionalism of the Service Department. When you drive a luxury car, the relationship with your mechanic becomes as important as any other trusted provider...like your doctor or hair dresser. DAN WIRICK is like that for me. Dan knows CARS...especially AUTOHAUS' line up. It's his vocation and he takes great pride in it. Dan is a straight shooter. He told me what needed to be fixed and what could wait. Dan explained the problems in simple terms that weren't intimidating. That builds Trust. The best test is...Would I Bring My Car BACK to AUTOHAUS again? YES. X5 Diesel Emissions visit and oil/filter change These guys and particularly Chris Clem in Service and Dennis Schaffner in Sales always make you feel like you are the ONLY customer they have. When you pay the permium for a BMW, these guys really make you feel like you get value in return. . If I had one complaint it would be on the X5 Diesel. I would dearly love for this message to get to the President of BMW USA. . We love the vehicle but the maintenance cost outside of the maintenance agreement we paid dearly for is frequent and too high and mostly out of pocket. This is a BMW. Its not supposed to be expensive to maintain because of the exceptional engineering. I know the EPA has made it impossible for anyone to build a reliable diesel engine in this country. What burns my feathers, is that none of this is covered by the maintenance warranty we bought and I will never buy another maintenance warranty again from BMW. You are better off covering your routine maintenance out of your pocket, it is much cheaper. . John Hanekamp More

The simple reason is we trust the quality of the automobiles BMW manufactures and have great confidence in the service advisors we work with and specifically, Mike Crader. He's the reason we keep coming back. We have worked with Mike for 23 years and he is a true professional in every sense of the word. Mike is the reason that we will not even consider going to another dealer and the quality of BMW is the reason we will not consider purchasing a car from a different manufacturer.
