Linda Schaefer - Why you DON"T want anyone else! I have been going to AutoHaus for approximately 10 years now. I have dealt with other service advisors, but once Linda took care of me, there was no I have been going to AutoHaus for approximately 10 years now. I have dealt with other service advisors, but once Linda took care of me, there was no reason to deal with anyone else. Everytime that I have an issue, whether it is the door handle, lock or window, Linda is always there to make sure that I have a loaner and that I am completely satisfied with the work done and the amount of time that I have to be at the dealership. She knows how busy I am running 2 businesses, so I appreciate everything she does to get me in and out. Linda knows her vehicles. I can give her an idea of what is happening, and she knows exactly what to do. Without Linda at AutoHaus, I will be going somewhere else. Thanks to you Linda, YOU ARE THE BEST !!!!! More

Chris is Awesome I was having issues with my BMW and was afraid to continue to drive it. I called the service department only to find there where no available appointments for at least a week. I took a chance on just walking in hoping I would get the help I needed. Chris came out of his office with a smile and paid close attention to everything I had to say with no interruptions. He assured me that everything would be taken care of, placed me in a loaner, and the rest is history. Chris kept in contact with me during the process informing me of the issues and what needed to be done. This was the best experience I have had so far with the service department and Chris made it happen. More

His attention to detail and promptness to get my Bimmer back to me is second to none. I will continue to purchase cars from Autohaus and service my BMW's there because of the level of service I receive from Dan. I have even had an issue where my vehicle was malfunctioning at Olive and 270. When the tow truck driver said that he would get it to Plaza BMW, I instisted that he take it to Autohaus. I wont go to another BMW dealership ever again. More
