Everyone I have worked with at this dealership has been very cooperative and friendly. My BMW had to have the air conditioning repaired and it was still under warranty. I have used Autohaus since my first 2002 in 1974, when virtually no one had even heard of BMW. I tried another local service dept. as a trial because the shop was closer to my work, and they left the cov virtually no one had even heard of BMW.
