Frustrated 🙄 Getting my car was a breeze and was in love with my car purchased the 5 express plan ect... Felt good. Recommended autoland to everyone I knew. Until I actually started having issues and everytime I needed the 5 express, there was some reason why I didn't fall under warranty. Had 2 chips in my window, I was told I need 3 to get it covered. I had a flat, roadside was unavailable but I could pay for a tow. I had a flat my thread was a smidge under the thread guidelines to fall under warranty. Mind you I was told no matter what the situation is as long as it's not done intentionally. So I would say I am very disappointed with my service and I wouldn't recommend the 5 express. But overall gave the 3stars because I do love my Mazda so the car itself gave 3 stars. But because i felt like I was a gal getting lied to in a bad relationship I wouldn't recommend. 😊 More

Front end everything was great, behind the scene's a mess. Thomas and Duane were great to work with, very nice and friendly! I was very pleased with the process and information they supplied about our vehicle Thomas and Duane were great to work with, very nice and friendly! I was very pleased with the process and information they supplied about our vehicle and the vehicle we purchased. However, I purchased my vehicle on a Monday evening, the following Friday I was called and asked for paystubs that they forgot to get from me Monday. I patiently waited to make sure my current note was paid off before my payment was due. I wrote a check to cover the payoff shortage and they said I could give it to them instead of my current financial institution. We began to grow concerned as we purchased the car on the 14th, and the old note hadn't been paid off by the 24th. My husband called and was told it was taken care of and should have gotten to them by now. On the 26th we called again and were told the same thing but given the accountants phone number. We contacted her on the 28th and were told she had just mailed it out today. The payment is due in a few days and for someone whom takes pride in good credit, I'm not please about potentially having to go in and make a payment to ensure I don't end up with a late payment. She said that they will cover the difference in payoff amounts. I hope they keep their word. More

Excellent service. My sons car had broken down late Thursday night. I called autoland right away Friday morning. They told me to have the car towed to them. They got it in right away that day and had it back up and running by that evening. I appreciate their prompt service and the fact that the service manager always calls me and explains the cost before any work is done. More

it was a fast, easy, no pressure experience. Autoland /Thomas Brewers helped up quickly replace a family vehicle.
