I cannot recommend this group of folks highly enough. Like most shoppers these days, I was researching price on the internet and came across a unit that would work for me. Upon contacting Annette (Internet Sales Lead), I was greeted by a warm and friendly disposition that was sincere and helpful. She had the unit I was interested in prepped and ready for me to go over by the time I arrived a few hours later at the dealership. John was introduced to me as my salesperson, and I can happily report that he was professional, knowledgeable, and very easy to talk with about the car I wanted. I was solely interested in just the one particular car I did end up buying, and John made the whole thing less of a pain and more of a pleasant experience. His Sales Manager, Ray, made a minor disagreement regarding the pricing of the unit a non-issue, and handled the situation with aplomb. Well done, Ray. As far as the paperwork was concerned, once our deal was hashed out, I was further impressed by Alek's efficiency, poise, and attention to detail. He got everything right the first time, and turned the dreaded paperwork dragon into a seamless, smooth and painless experience. If you're serious about buying a car, anywhere from the basics to some of the nicer stuff around (maybe one day I'll pick up that white RC-F so strategically place front & center), don't hesitate. Automax has their act together, and should be looked upon as a good example of how things should be done. Family experience! Manny was EXCELLENT!!! I found my Honda Civic EX-T on CarGurus and contacted the salesperson via text. Salesperson Manny reached out to me immediately and respected talking I found my Honda Civic EX-T on CarGurus and contacted the salesperson via text. Salesperson Manny reached out to me immediately and respected talking to me via text because of my work schedule. He told me what was in stock and provided an Automax resource link with additional Honda Civics for me to look at. We scheduled a test drive that weekend and he called me that morning to let me know the Honda was still available. I drove there and Manny greeted me out front. We test drove, he ran an estimate on my trade-in value, and while I waited on my application to do through, Manny went to the convenient store and bought me and my companion chips and drinks. All of the associates were friendly including but not limited to Manny, Ray, & Alek! I ended with trading my Yukon in for a reasonable trade-in value and leaving with the Honda Civic EX-T that I wanted! I highly recommend Automax, but most importantly our honest, genuine salesman, Manny, because he made us feel like he was our family trying to help us get a deal! It was not one-sided! I was looking for a nice used car and I found an ad in Kelly Blue Book online for a 2007 Nissan Armada. I called the dealer to inquire about it and they were extremely nice and made an appointment for us to see the vehicle. We traveled four hours to see it, but we’re a little bummed when we got there as the vehicle was missing the back up camera and dvd system mentioned in the ad. This is when Automax showed us the best customer service. They not only agreed to install these items but also to have it delivered to us for no extra charge. I am extremely grateful for finding this dealer and their staff, especially Manny who kept me up to date on the work, sent me pictures, and put up with my many, many calls. More
