The worst experience of my life. I bought a 2006 Ford Taurus for 3000. It was buy as is. My salesman was Shawn. Shawn told me I was getting a good car and it was checked out. Tra I bought a 2006 Ford Taurus for 3000. It was buy as is. My salesman was Shawn. Shawn told me I was getting a good car and it was checked out. Transmission went out in literally 1 month. Horrible experience! My grandbaby and I was stranded on the highway for 5 hours in a dangerous spot. I had to wait and pay a wrecker almost 200 to towe it in. When i reached out that following Monday and explained to all the different people that I was transferred to speak too. Everyone became real insensitive and started talking real short. They just kept continuing to claim they service the car and couldn't explained how a transmission would go out in 30 days. I spoke with some mechanics and they said that was real mean to do, especially to a single woman. The car was polished up to make it off the lot and become my problem because they said buy as is. Now i have lost 3000 of my hard earned money for a car I desperately needed and they don't care because they got their money. I was left helpless with no help offered for being a valuable customer. I still have a car that's broke down in 1 month sitting in the yard. I'm still in disbelief! You people are the worst with polishing up trade in cars thats already got major problems and sale it as is. 😡😠 . More

They were honest and forthcoming as it relates to the pricing of the vehicle purchase versus what their profit margins are. I have not experienced any dealership that will and have done that. My salesman, Manny was great. He was knowledgeable and what he did not know he researched it. He was not your typical car salesman, but moreover relaxed, communicable, and overall great. Mind you he's only be selling cars for 2 months. Kudos to Manny and Automax Atlanta for a good experience. Snacks and water would be a great addition to the lobby (smile). More

Worst ever!!! I was promised my car would be ready since all paperwork was ready and I drove 3 hours to pick up the car and when I got there I had to wait hour to g I was promised my car would be ready since all paperwork was ready and I drove 3 hours to pick up the car and when I got there I had to wait hour to get the car and it wasn't even cleaned so now they took one more hour to clean the car. I went to pick up the car on Sunday and it was 4th of July weekend so I told the finance guy to hold my check for one day so I could deposit the funds In my account and they deposit the check and it bounced and cost me additional 35 dollars and then when I paid my check that was bounced they would not send me my title and tag because they wanted me to give them additional 35 dollars for their mistake and my tag was expired and I did not get tag till week after. Also sales man was very rude onces I bought the car and lady name aana does not have clue how to talk to customer who is buying a 50k car from your dealership. Would be first and last time they will ever have my or my friends and family's business. More
