Scott Gould, the service manager, inspected it for me and paved the way for Hyundai to replace it free of charge while keeping me informed every step of the way. We brought it back in for windshield replacement and to address a few minor flaws in the paint, all of which were attended to in an extremely professional manner with attentions made to every detail. Best dealership in OKC area I cannot remember the person who did my financial paperwork but he was extremely nice, patient and knowledgeable. He was able to answer my questions in a way I understood and he did not pressure me to make additional choices. He gave me the information and let me make my own decisions. Also a woman helped me, I think she said she was the office manager (not sure), and she too, was wonderful. I am the kind of person if I feel I can trust the people I deal with and I am treated respectfully I will be a loyal customer no matter what. I will tell people about the organization but, if I am treated badly, I will voice my displeasure as well. More

Great value, good experience I had been looking for a specific car for over a year for just the right deal, and found it here for a couple thousand below book value. Even though i I had been looking for a specific car for over a year for just the right deal, and found it here for a couple thousand below book value. Even though it was 150 miles away and out of state, it was worth the trip. It's been two months and I'm thrilled with my car. The only knock I have is they wouldn't negotiate the value of my trade-in. Then again, it was a massive heap of junk with a quarter of a million miles so I guess I can't really hold that against them... More
