Insurance fiasco! I am sure you are used to glowing recommendations from customers whose problems are solved swiftly without personal cost. However, I a have a differen I am sure you are used to glowing recommendations from customers whose problems are solved swiftly without personal cost. However, I a have a different story. Our insurance company not only refused to pay for much of our repair work, it also saddled us with a body shop we did not wish to use and an adjustor that dragged his feet. Frustrated, we turned to Steve and he stepped up, dealing with the adjustor, insurance company, and body shop. We know that his efforts on our behalf were time consuming and had to have been as frustrating for him as well. Despite the obstacles, he sorted things out, got our repair work done, and the car ready for us to then take to the body shop. Although we ended up paying for the dealership repair out of pocket, it was money well spent. We feel Steve was diligent, fair, and really went out of his way for us. Because of him, we would definitely use this dealership again. Thank you More
