Win-win mentality One of the easiest auto buying experiences I've had. An offer was made, the obligatory counter came back and after letting them know I knew what I wa One of the easiest auto buying experiences I've had. An offer was made, the obligatory counter came back and after letting them know I knew what I wanted and how much I was going to pay for it - the response was swift and painless. No games, no tag-teaming with managers coming in trying to get more money. Although I had financing arranged through my bank, I agreed to find out what the Automax finance department could do for me. To my surprise they beat my bank's interest rate by a full point saving me enough cash over the term of the loan to off-set the cost of the top of the line service warranty. The total amount of time from arrival on the lot to driving away with my vehicle was less than an hour, including financing. As a businessman I recognize their effort to develop a good system from the meet and greet to showing the product, agreeing on a price and offering a host of financing options. Automax pulled together a good team of pro's - kudo's and thanks for not wasting my time. More
