We went in looking for a used car but not sure what kind. We narrowed our choices down to 4 different makes/models and drove all 4 that afternoon. After narrowing it down to 2, we talked to Tom and told him we were going to go home and think on it and let him know the next day which vehicle we were most interested in. Later that afternoon Tom called and told us he had found another Nissan Altima in the color we liked with less miles than the one we were looking at on the Automotives Ave. lot. We told him we would like to come back the following day and drive the Fusion again and also look at the other Altima. The other Altima was at a dealership and Tom let us drive the Altima that was on their lot down to the dealership to drive the other car. After driving the Altima at the dealership we decided to purchase it and drove both vehicles back to Automotive Ave. It was late in the afternoon and Tom worked with us to get the financing finished that night and had the vehicle washed while we waited. I had no expectations of leaving with a car that day, but found one that met the requirements I was looking for and closed the deal that day. Excellent choice of cars on the lot with a reasonable price and mileage to fit hte budget. My sales rep. provided car fax on request and MPG for each car I was interested in to compare. I did some window shopping prior to my appointment which helped with my selection and I visited thier web site prior to appt. so I had an idea of which cars to look at and test drive. More

Tanzeem did an amazing job getting the car I wanted and the financing that NO ONE ELSE could do. Because of a recent bankruptcy, my re-entry into the credit world was a tough one. Overall great experience. Friendly staff. Austin was great. I liked how he just handed over the keys and let me test drive the car. No pressure sales is what I liked! Pat was great to work with. We were always able to get ahold of her and she always answered our questions. The only bad part of the experience was the fleet manager at Go Honda never returned our calls t ahold of her and she always answered our questions. The only bad part of the experience was the fleet manager at Go Honda never returned our calls to go to the dealership to look at color choices. We were finally able to go look at car colors due to Pat's efforts in contacting the fleet manager. We were also upset by Honda Finance putting an extended warranty package into the price of the car so that we were taxed on a non-taxable item. The finance manager at Auto Aves corrected the problem by issuing us some gift cards to reimburse us for the extra we had to pay. The over-all experience at Automotive Avenues was great, though. We were also very happy with the treatment we received from Joel Wallace, an advisor in the service department at Auto Aves. He was responsible for introducing us to Pat and getting us started on the road to purchasing a new car. More
