We have purchased a few cars over the years at numerous dealerships, and I can honestly say say we have never been treated as well as we were at Automotive Avenues. A special mention about CJ Crowl in financing. Once again, a true professional. After a difficult couple of days ( due to some finance issues on my end ) we finally sat with CJ to sign paperwork. Now this can be time consuming and confusing to say the least. CJ made the entire process smooth and painless. I would even say fun. Not an easy trick. We originally spoke with Christine over the phone who referred us to Tramica since she wouldn’t be in the office. Right off the bat, she was warm, welcoming and inviting. It felt like talking to a friend rather than a Sales Rep which was the best part about it all. I felt extremely comfortable being honest with her about my questions, comments and concerns. As for Finance, CJ is hands down the best. He made us smile and laugh during what could have been a stressful process had we went anywhere else. He was very friendly, educated and was quick in explaining the whole process without sounding pushy whatsoever. Thanks to Tom for a Great Car Buying Experience! I came to Auto Avenues to look at a Subaru CrossTrek after deciding to purchase a new vehicle after a car accident. From the beginning, Tom Sullivan I came to Auto Avenues to look at a Subaru CrossTrek after deciding to purchase a new vehicle after a car accident. From the beginning, Tom Sullivan was friendly, but not pushy. I really hate the pushy salesman types, so I really appreciated his approach-he was there to answer any questions I had, but wasn't forceful and let me make my own decisions. He didn't hover around constantly and he let me test drive the car on my own and take as much time as I needed. The pricing was reasonable and there weren't lengthy, exhausting negotiations on price. I'd done my research on comparable cars in the area and Auto Aves was offering a reasonable price (on the lower end) for the car. I financed my new car through a local credit union independently from the dealership, which worked just fine. As someone who already knows what they want, it was nice to deal with someone who respected my own ability to make decisions based on what i feel is best for me (rather than trying to tell me what they think is best for me). Tom is a knowledgeable, personable guy and it was a pleasure working with him. Thanks for a great car buying experience! I'm very pleased with my new ride :-) More
