I am looking for a sedan a few years old so that I may use it to drive with Uber . I wanted something that I would like. Was referred to Jamie at Aurora by Nicole Stephens of Denver Community Credit Union. Looking through the inventory on your website revealed not a lot of vehicles in my price range that I liked. The vehicles I did like were newer then I wanted and came with that higher price tag. after about a month of looking, saw a kia optima that was around $12k, set up appointment to test drive, I arrive before time and Jaimie is not there after she said she would be. No big deal. Still got to drive the car thanks to Dean. I liked it, but that price. Over next few weeks continued to look. Saw vehicles in extended inventory that I liked, Everytime I called, something was going on with each vehicle to where it was either not for sale, they were decided whether to repair it for sale, etc. Cars like 2 older lexus, Accura TL, and some others which I bet are still on your website. Ended up working with Tom whom is an awesome asset to your company. Very friendly and professional. I decided to get qualified for $16k since I just can not after 2 months find a vehicle I want that is available. Saw the Dodge Avenger online, setup appointment to see it, test drove it at night during week, liked it, bought it at $15+ thousand dollars. Well over my initial budget. I do like the car though. A few days go on and I pick it up after work by taking the bus to get it, still evening. The next day I drive it to work and finally in the day light, I see a LOT of scratches on this vehicles back side not to mention a small dent on the rear quarter panel under rear passenger's door. A bit shocked that none of the scratches were buffed out. Considering the KBB listed price and the actual price I paid were only $100 roughly, I really couldn't believe that you guys sold me this car at that price in the condition it was in. Mechanically it seems to be fine, but time will tell. This is the 2nd time I have shopped with Automotive Aves in 8 years and each time, just something is up. My 2001 dodge durango had a transmission fail with in 1 week of driving it. To be fair, you guys took care of it and all was good. So I am writing this review in hopes that you will not only read it, but possibly do something about it. Buff the scratches out, thats what I ask. Sincererly, Phillip Lucas. What ultimately motivated me t Found Automotive Avenues via a Yelp search for "Best Used Car Dealers", I think they were fourth or fifth on the list. What ultimately motivated me to visit were the reviews, glad I dropped by. We pulled in and I expected someone to greet us, there was no one on the lot. We almost got back in our car, but told my wife we were here let's go inside. Tom greeted us, I could tell they were a little busy, so he gave us a list of cars on the lot and let us search the type and models we were interested in. We were on the lot less than 5 minutes and Tom joined us. He is very knowledgeable about his inventory, gave us good insight on the choices we were looking at, no added pressure to buy, and demonstrated a lot of flexibility with our time line to buy. The prices are very competitive, low miles on the car (I bought a 2012 SUV with 34K miles), when you buy the cost to you is the price of the car and sales tax. No additional hidden cost. I bought the car the following day, very happy with purchase., runs great. Tom called me about five days later to ask me how things were going and if I was happy! That never happened even when I have purchased a new car! Ask for Tom Sullivan if you visit, promise you I am not related to this guy. More
