Overall an easy experience. All parties I engaged from sales man to sales mgr/etc were friendly and helpful, the process was overall simple and easy, and I would give it 5 stars All parties I engaged from sales man to sales mgr/etc were friendly and helpful, the process was overall simple and easy, and I would give it 5 stars, but the car's presentation was not 5 star worth. I was disappointed when arriving to take the care home, which was made clear the day prior as to timing and that I would show up with a check. I expected the car off to the site, shiny and ready to go, but the car was not detailed and was dusty and dirty. The salesman was busy getting things in order for me and I was shocked another employee did not come take the car to have it prepped while we wrapped up insurance and paperwork. Finally the car was "cleaned" and returned for me to leave and it was a half-assed cleaning and mind-blowing to see that they did not shine the tires. It is a simple task and cheap expense to make a car look presentable and make buyers feel good about it. More
