You've tested it overnight twice now and found no issues. I've tested it with a clamp-on DC ammeter, most of the time the current drain is in milliamperes, but a few times it hovers around 200-500 ma for extended periods of time. Opening and reclosing the rear hatch seems to solve the problem. I personally think it's a marginal connection somewhere in the rear gate circuitry. We've been using the Ascent quite a bit so the battery (new from Baker a few weeks ago) doesn't have a chance to drain significantly w/o a recharge. When my 18 month service comes due I'll ask about it again.
