I had been driving my truck since 2007 but it was finally time to trade in and find the next adventure partner. Good dealership. Friendly people. But, even though we'd done all the negotiating before we arrived and had a deal locked in, it still took FOUR HOURS at the dealership to do all the lease paperwork. Due to COVID, we didn't want to be there long, and wanted to be indoors as little as possible, but we waited around for hours (and then had to sit indoors, in a small closed room with the Finance guy for over a half hour). First we waited for deal/credit check stuff, and then waiting for the Finance Dept. to get to us. It was a busy day there, but it seems like they should staff up the Finance Dept so it's more than ONE guy helping every single buyer who comes through there. More

I was impressed by the car. But when we were doing the paper work they added on about an additional $3500 for extended warranty and a security system to my knowledge was already on the car.
