DO NOT GO HERE. I REPEAT!!! DO NOT GO HERE. They broke something in my car during my service and claimed they did not!! The general manager Norman was very rude and wouldn’t let me speak and explain to hi something in my car during my service and claimed they did not!! The general manager Norman was very rude and wouldn’t let me speak and explain to him that my job REQUIRES me to have what they broke!! They refused to replace it because “there is nothing we can do about it since it is not a Volkswagen product”. So I said I wanted my money back for my service then so I could afford to pay for what they broke myself, and they refused to refund me!! I’ve never been so disappointed and furious in my life, I have never had that experience ever!! I will never go back to any Volkswagen dealership!! More

They took short cuts, not replacing all 4 coils, just one coil. Which broke the next on the way home going on South 5 to SD. They said it was VW Policy. 10 year old CC under warranty.
