I felt not listened to at all. The service agent helping me told me the team was absolutely sure I had a broken head gasket. I had told my agent multiple times that the oil in my c The service agent helping me told me the team was absolutely sure I had a broken head gasket. I had told my agent multiple times that the oil in my coolant could have been a substance I put into it. He still told me on the phone the team was sure. He then quotes the job for an outrageous cost and proceeded to talk about TRADING MY CAR IN! If my car had a broken head gasket it would have been driving WAYYY worse. Finally I brought the substance i out into my car into the service center and he finally said, "oh i guess you don't have a broken head gasket." I felt completely like i had been ignored from the get go. More

We had an appointment with a sales person she didn't say she wouldn't be there and gave us another person. Told we were pre-approved and they still ran our credit through 6 other companies so now we have 6 she wouldn't be there and gave us another person. Told we were pre-approved and they still ran our credit through 6 other companies so now we have 6 dings on our credit instead of 1. Online the car wS supposed to have 2 keys. It only had 1. If we want a second key it is $268. Not happy More

Went in for my 18,000 mile check up and a tick that I heard all the time. They warned me it would take quite a while to find the tick. And after about three hours they did!
