Received car after 2 weeks of purchasing. Giving them grace because it was the holiday season but car was not cleaned inside and not detailed as it should have been for a luxury car. I contacted this dealership to inquire about the Blue 2020 Tesla Model 3 Long Range for $30,880. Don't buy this car and don't use this dealership. Nothing in the description for the car listed any structural damage. They are dishonest and straight up lie to you. Look at the reviews for this dealership before you contact them. I didn't ask for a report from them, which should be free if it's a reputable dealership, so that he could back up his statement. The vehicle was sold to me with a serious crack in the taillight and the dealership failed to disclose that to me. Humza Usman was my salesman who was notified immediately of the cracked light and has don taillight and the dealership failed to disclose that to me. TL the sales manager was incredibly rude, threatening and aggressive towards me for even attempting to get this resolved. There is a severe amount of water inside the taillight and the dealership is refusing to help or fix it. It’s become a safety concern and I cannot drive the vehicle because the water inside the light has caused my brake lights and blinkers to short out. I’ve tried reaching out to the dealership for the past month and they shove me off and will most of the time hang up on me or refuse to call me back or return any of my voicemails. Mitch Daniel, the GM, has not made any attempts to work with me either and has been dodging my calls for days. I’m at my wits end and am not sure where to go from here. I’ve sent them multiple videos and pictures of the light issue and the warnings the vehicle gives me when the lights short out. I just want my light replaced and they’ve made it impossible to try and communicate with them, they are very, very crooked people. More

They knew that we had a deadline and Bob and Kevin did everything in their will to make sure it was successfully met.
