I bought 3 cars over the years from this dealership. I will never buy from them again. Somehow Ethos insurance was "mistakenly" added to the price with some other numbers so my out the door price wasn't will never buy from them again. Shame on me for signing the documents and trusting that what we discussed is what was done. Make sure you review the paperwork thoroughly. They did correct it once I came back and told them. I can only be mad at myself for not reviewing before signing, it but shame on the dealer for not doing the paperwork "accurately". More

He made sure my experience was pleasant, absolutely no pressure and he really listened to my concerns. He responded promptly to my email and text inquiries, even on his day off! He had a sticker letting customers know he is fully vaxxed, another sigh of relief because I was scared of interacting with a potential virus carrier. Thank you for making car buying such a pleasant experience for me. The dealership was clean, not crowded with a room for the kids to wait in while I did the transaction. Even though I live far from Denville, I would definitely go there for my next Acura without a doubt! More

I am NEVER going back to this place - even for all of the “free services” of getting a new car. Mike Shaffer was our horrible, horrible salesperson. He was rude, lied to us about our “new” car having a previous owner, lied to us about the value of our trade in…told us the car was only worth 11k… then as you can see in the picture below - listed the car for over 16k and claimed it was 2k UNDER KBB!! Horrible customer service, and quite frankly just…rude. I also have attached a picture of the front bumper of the car, which was sold to us as such - and then they wanted to have no part in fixing the car even though the previous owner tried to touch up the paint himself and in turn ruined the whole look of the bumper. Ian, the manager of Acura of Denville - was rude, arrogant, and unprofessional. He was the one who I was talking to about fixing the bumper. He told me because I already bought the car that it is not their “responsibility”. He also ended up “touching up” the hood himself…and shocker - ended up making it look WAY worse. I was mad I went there to begin with, now I’m even more mad I ever went back! Jose Gonzales was our finance person - was nice, professional - at first…once the car was sold - complete turnaround. Made me wait an hour to pick up my plates and registration - when I had an appointment. Then there was an issue with the AcuraLink that they didn’t want to take part in trying to resolve. Steve, the other sleazy salesman - told us it would all be taken care of by Mike…who had no idea of this in the first place, and it was not taken care of at all. I 110% am regretting my decision to go to this dealer, Acura of Denville, NJ and would like to prevent anyone from feeling this same way. More
