The only reason I’m giving 4 stars is that I didn’t like having to pay an additional 3% because I used my credit card. If the dealership had their own billing department like everyone did before credit car having to pay an additional 3% because I used my credit card. If the dealership had their own billing department like everyone did before credit cards, they would be spending a lot more than 3 percent on staff and mailing out bills and collection for unpaid bills. Credit cards are saving the dealerships a lot of money and yet they want their customers to pay for using their credit cards. I’m not happy about this at all. Otherwise though their service was very good. I’ve been going to them for almost 9 years and have never had a complaint about the way they service my car. More

Started coming here over 20 years ago to service my 2004 6 speed manual transmission TL, then left for a bit out of convenience of travel. Have been to other Acura dealers for service, no other compares to 6 speed manual transmission TL, then left for a bit out of convenience of travel. Have been to other Acura dealers for service, no other compares to Denville. The service and parts department staff are all knowledgeable, kind, friendly and efficient. Always attentive to my needs, whether now on my own, or when I had a 4 year old in tow. Just went back for service in my new pre-owned car and found the same service staff! Incredible! Unlike another Acura dealer closer to my home which has high staff turnover over, between oil changes! Definitely says something about how the owners treat their employees at this location! Also, when I purchased my car last year, bought a new trunk tray from this location, was cutting it close to get there on time from my job, then hit traffic. Was able to call the location, get through to a human being with no problem and the service guy waited for me to get there instead of leaving and telling me they were closing! And still stayed and chatted about my new and old car, did not rush me at all! Amazing! The only regret I have is not having been able to purchase my certified preowned ILX from this location because it was a needed quick overnight decision and they didn’t have any in stock. So happy this dealer is still here for the customers, as are some old acquaintances! Thank you! More
