Had a 08:15 am est appointment then got my vehicle back and left service department at 11:00 am est only because I witnessed the techs and service manager having a meeting with my vehicle still on the lift and left service department at 11:00 am est only because I witnessed the techs and service manager having a meeting with my vehicle still on the lift with wheels off at 1015am est. So I had to notify the service advisor. It should not take 3hrs for oil change and tire rotation. Thank you More

Called in and spoke to Evanggelos for a transmission fluid, filter change for Sat. Oct. 17, at 9:30am. Came all the way from Miami and checked in with Evanggelos, checked me in took my keys and about 20 fluid, filter change for Sat. Oct. 17, at 9:30am. Came all the way from Miami and checked in with Evanggelos, checked me in took my keys and about 20 min later he came back and told me that they couldn't do the service and would have to leave the vehicle to perform the service on Monday! I was astonished! I asked him if he was going to supply a loaner for me. He said 'No'. Besides I work Monday- Friday in Miami. I talked to the Service Manager that was there and he told me that they only do Quck Services on Saturdays. I asked him then why was I scheduled to come in for a transmission fluid service? He couldn't answer me. I asked for Art but he told me that he wasn't working today. Drove up and back from Miami for nothing. More
