Our Advisor Eddie is awesome. No complaints with the mechanics work. Well repair. However, the dealership service department makes you leave your car. It took them 10 days to look at the vehicle in order to service it. During that time, unless you have an extra vehicle your out off luck. They should have a loaner for the customers when you have to leave your car for several days, like Lexus does. It is not the customers fault that they are so far behind. More

I had an excellent experience at this service center. I had my Ram 1500 HEMI’s oil and filter changed, and I only had to wait for an hour.
