This review is for the repair department! WARNING!!!! STEER CLEAR OF THIS PLACE!!! I have been a customer of this dealer for many years. I have taken my truck for service there for years as w WARNING!!!! STEER CLEAR OF THIS PLACE!!! I have been a customer of this dealer for many years. I have taken my truck for service there for years as well. But this last time was very different. They had my truck for more than 2 weeks on 2 separate times. The first time they advised that the cleaned out some line that was clogged and that is why the truck was running rough. The charge over $300 dollars. I got in the truck took off. 6 Blocks from the there same issue. That also told me that it was not tested to make sure that it was fixed. Took it back again. Another week I was told that it needed a new fuel pump, and a sensor. Now all this time they told me how they would diagnose it and get it running right. This time the service rep took the truck out for a spin and when he got back I could tell that the truck was still running rough. Drove it that way home and all the way home I could tell that it was not fixed. The cost for the second time? $1300. I was advised to bring it back so they could run more tests. Not in your life! All this time I said to the service rep that I had seen on the internet the same issues and to replace the TPS on the truck. As well as to check for the miss fire issue. Not a chance nothing was done. My neighbor across the street which he classifies himself as a shade tree mechanic said buy spark plugs and coils, and the TPS module, I will help you install it. Total cost in parts less than $300. Installed and done in a few hours. Trucks purrs like a kitten! STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE! With all the diagnosing their mechanics have no clue as to what they are doing. STEER CLEAR OF THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS! Find a reputable mechanic it will be a lot better. I will also contact Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services to advise of what has transpired with the service department. More
