I'm in Pittsburgh. ..one of my associates is in Florida...and low and behold I get the call that his 2022 RAM needed some work. Aventura came to the rescue. Shannon McDonald contacted me right away. She not only took care of the immediate problem...but she subsequently took care of another issue we ended up having in Florida. The only negative was the time to get it in the shop because they were so busy. That being said, I was extremely satisfied with the resulting communication from Shannon and the repair by Aventura. I purchased a 68k Dodge Ram Rebel 2024 with 14k mileage and my rear back sliding glass seems to fall off the track which is defective and they told me that I would have to pay to have it repaired.
