I’ve said it before, one of the main reasons i bought my charger there is because of the service dept. Contract Shannon, she’s one of the service writers. I responded to an internet ad for a truck, that included all dealer fees, i called to verify that truck was available. Once arrived at dealer, it was a complete joke. Truck was not on site, but they claim t all dealer fees, i called to verify that truck was available. Once arrived at dealer, it was a complete joke. Truck was not on site, but they claim to have one just like it, at the same price. They then tried to add, options, and additional dealer fees. This dealer is unethical and is a bait and switch dealer. DO NOT BUY HERE. More
