From start to finish I can say enough good about my experience. Saw a vehicle on Car Gurus that sent me to Aventura. Received a reply within 3 minutes on a sunday .Salesman Guillermo Martinez contacted experience. Saw a vehicle on Car Gurus that sent me to Aventura. Received a reply within 3 minutes on a sunday .Salesman Guillermo Martinez contacted me within 3 minutes of that. Told me about the vehicle , NEW 2025 Ram 2500. Asked what exactly I was looking for and sent me pictures of the truck I called about. I explained what I wanted to do with my trade in and the purchase of a new vehicle. His reply , Can you send me picture's of your current truck which I did. He text me back , Give me a few minutes. 10 minutes he sent me pictures of the New 2025 Ram and said , Come get your truck. I said are you sure ?? Absolutely was the reply. I drove from Lake Wales Fl. to Aventura on a Sunday to make this deal happen. When I got the and met Guillermo , He showed me the new truck , took the keys to inspect my trade and introduced me to the Sales Manager C. J. GREAT experience with C. J.. The entire process with C. J. took 15 minutes and we shook hands and his words were Enjoy Your NEW RIDE !!!. It actually took longer to swap everything from my old truck to the new one than it did to do the deal. CANT SAY ENOUGH GOOD about them both !!!! On the way home a check engine light came on , I called Guillermo who said give me a minute Ill call you right back. There was a service recall for the truck that did not hinder the truck so we decided I could go to a local dealership on Tuesday to have it repaired. Not the best experience at that dealership. Called Guillermo , He apologized that it was not taken care of then but I could bring it to them on Wednesday and they wild take care of the issue. Logn story short , In , Repaired , Out in less than 1.25 hours including a wash and fuel !!!!!!! I cannot say enough about my entire experience so far with the entire staff. I am moving to Georgia in a few months but will travel to Aventura for all my future vehicle purchases. THANK GUILLERMO and C. J. for making it all happen. More

Do not purchase a car there they are scammers lier’s they sold me a bad car never helped me gave me the run around horrible experience ! Shame on them ! On 3rd day after purchase the cars gear and battery would not work a guy called Steve told me it’s nothing he kept sending me home every time I came in with a bad gear bad screen bad battery bad A/C ! since then 3 months after and the car is 8 times at the repair Shop I’m still not driving the car they are horrible !!Donny Snyder is great he is trying so hard to give me loaners each time he is nice articulate and really cares .. the rest of the team should go home !!Jeep Aventura is the worst! Evanggelos helped me and provided excellent customer service. I had booked an oil change and tire repair online, not realizing there wasn't enough time to do both before the service side closed. I said go ahead and just do the oil, and I'll come back another time for the tire repair. Evanggelos and the team of mechanics somehow worked their magic and got both my oil changed, and tire repaired! I was so grateful knowing I didnt have to schedule another appointment and come back, and even more grateful I didn't have to drive around with a screw in my tire wondering if it was going to blow. Evanggelos and I struck up a conversation while he was helping me, and even gave me some useful cooking tips! More tire changes need to come with cooking tips. I also saw Juan in sales about buying my car. Juan has been keeping an eye out for anything that comes in that fits my criteria and letting me know. I'm sure he has lots of clients, so it's much appreciated More
