From the moment that I called to speak with a service advisor, Eddy was great. He answered my questions, let me know what was covered and what wasnt and made my apt. When I came in to drop my car off for advisor, Eddy was great. He answered my questions, let me know what was covered and what wasnt and made my apt. When I came in to drop my car off for the apt, he had a loaner car already for me, so that I could drop my car and head to work. It took 5 days for the repairs, and when i picked it up, it feels like it drives better than before. Horrible. They have had my car hostage for 44 days. They gave it back to me, the next day engine light came on. This happened again the next time. I've had my car for a total of 5 days out of the last 44, and have had to make 2 monthly payments on it during that time. The only reason my car is there is because the warranty requires it. More
