Finance will try to screw you as much as possible. Will change the deal you made with the sales person, will add things on the contract without asking you first. They will not return your calls and when they finally send you paperwork a few weeks later it’s ridiculously time consuming so you just don’t cancel. They make a commission on the added services and that’s all they care about. More
