Bad Service Department Aventura Chrysler Jeep is the worst. 2-3 hour oil changes, and minor recalls. This has been going on for the 2 1/2 years I have used this service department, so it's not just the recalls. Check out the reviews and do your research before using this dealership. Had to go directly to the Jeep Customer Service HQ 1-877-426-5337 in order to get anything done . They obviously are understaffed, and not well managed. A real shame for the Jeep reputation.... obviously I love Jeeps and this being my 3rd, however this will be the last until I live near a better service center. The service manager uses excuses like "blame Jeep for the recall", not acknowledging that the customer is not being serviced, or provided a resolution. David Morais has always been professional and courteous, the problem is stemming from the ownership and management. More
