I had an appointment for 9am but to do oil change and a filter replacement. Also to change some dynamics on the Jeep like the language and time. Service Center at this dealer is severely understaffed. Typical wait time for service is 2-3 weeks, unless you're doing an just an oil change. 2-3 weeks before a tech even looks at your vehicle and can dia Typical wait time for service is 2-3 weeks, unless you're doing an just an oil change. 2-3 weeks before a tech even looks at your vehicle and can diagnose the problem. If parts need to be ordered , then , depending on the part could be another 2 days to 7 days for that. Other dealers in the area are not much better... Dont expect much and dont expect a loaner car while yours is in the shop. Dealer needs to double their tech staff and needs to run a 2nd shift to catch up. More

Chris Yu is a scammer. Do not trust him. He sold me a car that had 3 accidents on it. He did not tell me about them. He was able to get away with it because he had entered Do not trust him.
