Excellent Customer Service - Ask for Sebastian I went into the dealership after chatting with an associate the week prior pursuing a lease offer on a Jeep Compass. I didn't want to haggle and certainly didn't want to spend my Saturday at a dealership. Once I arrived, I didn't wait and we looked a couple of options. I finally test drove the car I wanted and then the negotiations began- except that it felt more like a conversation than a negotiation. I ended up leaving with my new Compass and on my terms. I'm a lady in my early 30's and single - I didn't feel overwhelmed or outnumbered! Sebastian was amazing and made the entire process easy and painless. More

It turned out to be the best recommendation that we got for buying a new car. Mitch gave us our options, was very knowledgeable, and helped us make a purchase. He found the car that we wanted and really worked with us on the price. A couple of days later the car arrived from St. Petersburg and Laurence showed us how to use all of the features. If only we had known about him sooner we could have saved a lot of time. More
