I feel that I was cheated regarding the price of the truck. The truck was supposed to cost $72,000 out the door, which I agreed to with the salesperson and the manager. However, they added an extra $5,0 truck. The truck was supposed to cost $72,000 out the door, which I agreed to with the salesperson and the manager. However, they added an extra $5,000 without any explanation. I feel ripped off because they never showed me the breakdown of the contract, and I was made to sign for items I was not aware of and do not need. The truck itself is amazing, but the way I was treated at this dealership felt very questionable. I would never come back. When I called several times, no one returned my calls. Eventually, I reached the floor manager, who told me that Michael Katz would call me back, but he never did. Instead, he texted me, and when I asked him to remove all the extras and send me a total of the additional charges, he told me I couldn't have another contract. I then asked him to provide the total of the optional charges that would be removed, but he said he couldn't do that because he was going to send the bank the money for those extras. However, he never could tell me how much it was going to be. More
