This is my 5th vehicle lease from Avis Ford. All but one of those were with JZ. He and the team have always made the process easy and transparent and I have never felt that I have to “play the game” with th of those were with JZ. I took my vehicle to Avis Ford because a non-ford repair center messed up my vehicle. Avis Ford was able to repair the vehicle and identified another issue which could have caused me to have a terrible acc center messed up my vehicle. Avis Ford was able to repair the vehicle and identified another issue which could have caused me to have a terrible accident. Learned my lesson to make sure I take my vehicle to Avis Ford who has certified/qualified mechanics! Shout out to Nick Curd my Service Tech and to Allan Martich my Service Advisor who made sure I knew what was going on with my vehicle! More
My daughter just purchased a 2013 Ford Focus. She came to Avis Ford in June for oil change. Here it is July oil pan is not leaking no proof of leaking oil. Took in for my first oil change and the brakes were already having issues, they told me it was because of the mileage I put on my car since purchase 4 months earlier. Wanted me to pay 50% of repairs then out of the blue said they would cover all the brakes. Come to find out when I pick up my car my rims were marked and scratched in multiple places and I had a paint chip on the drivers front quarter panel. When I brought it to the service manger Larry's attention he said that he was not positive it happened at their dealership and maybe I didn't notice the damage before. I should be grateful that they fixed my brakes for me. Terrible experience will never have my car serviced here again. More
I came in because I had 6 months left on my lease and I got a letter in the mail saying they would let me trade in my lease early.
