They seemed disorganized, and originally sent us the wrong paperwork. We tried to coordinate regarding a time to come in and complete the purchase, and although we communicated clearly when we were comi wrong paperwork. After initial paperwork was done, I was told we were waiting for the insurance company to send back a stamp. However, the insurance company wasn't aware that we were waiting for them to do that so we could leave, and the only reason we left in a reasonable amount of time was because I called the insurance company myself and put them on the line with someone at the dealership so that they would know what exactly they were supposed to send. The people were nice enough, but the vibe was very lackadaisical and we weren't very impressed. They just didn't seem super on top of things. More

Great service and people but my car already has a list of serious problems. These problems occurred the same exact day I bought the car..
