Valentino made it very simple to pick my first Toyota and made sure that it would be a nice transition from the Nissan Altima I had previously. I had been searching everywhere for a specific vehicle and couldn’t find it at any dealership. I honestly didn’t even know vehicles could be “out of stock” like that. When Tony Staggs reached out, I was skeptical at first, I even thought it might be just another sales attempt to push me toward something else. However, after a few text exchanges, my perspective completely changed. Within an hour, I was at the dealership filling out paperwork. Tony was extremely straightforward, honest, and professional from start to finish. What really stood out was how seamless he made the entire process.
