Life changing experience I went to this specific dealership soley for routine car maintenance. While waiting, a very nice gentleman went out of his way to ask me how I was doi I went to this specific dealership soley for routine car maintenance. While waiting, a very nice gentleman went out of his way to ask me how I was doing, and after a quick introduction Jake proved himself to be incredibly authentic and genuine. He asked me what I thought about the Rav4 and I expressed that I love it but was sad that I missed out on the 2019 model. He then went out of his way (remember all he was doing was passing through the sales floor) to show me the new models the dealership had. The customer service provided was already the best I've ever received at any dealership, but what really impressed me was his immense knowledge about not only my model but all others he had available. After seeing the new model, Jake went out of his way, again, to get the keys and take it for a test drive. I want to point out that this entire time he never once pressured me to continue going forward with trading in my old car which was so surprising since most other experiences I've had at dealerships were the opposite. Once we returned and I expressed just how much I loved the car we sat down and had a honest conversation about what the price would look like. Never in my life have I had a purchase of this monetary amount explained to me with such honesty and detail, while being able to understand where all the numbers are coming from. I can't express enough my gratitude for this salesman. My whole demeanor towards buying cars has changed as well as my life going forward. This car is incredible, and the deal we easily agreed upon almost feels like I took advantage of Toyota, which says a lot coming from a car dealership. I'm beyond grateful for this experience, and plan on telling absolutely everyone I can about my experience. More

Other dealerships tried to push me to run my credit, buy something I didn't like or also give me terrible estimates on details about their vehicles. Dealing with one individual through the whole process is the only way to go. They are not paid on comission I was not pressured at all through the process and it took about 45 min for the whole process. I will be recommending them to everyone I know. More
