Awesome sales experience I went in this past Saturday to purchase what would now be my second vehicle with Avondale Toyota. After my first purchase about 4 years ago I had hel I went in this past Saturday to purchase what would now be my second vehicle with Avondale Toyota. After my first purchase about 4 years ago I had held off on going back because I did not have the best experience with my last sales agent. My husband had arrived and met with Jacob who gave him a lot of information on the Toyota Tundra we were wanting to buy. Jacob made everything super easy and stress free for us and explained everything as many times as we needed him to. We did not feel as if we were talking to just a sales rep but an actual friend we could trust. He was looking out for us and gave us the best options that would work for us financially. He also knew we were in somewhat of a hurry with a family gathering and was able to hurry up the process instead of having us there for hours. I would definitely recommend anyone who is wanting to buy from Avondale Toyota to go straight to Jacob Fratt. Again thank you so much!! More
