I was online chatting with a representative at 7:30am in the morning. She stated that she would send over a message to one of the reps at Avondale Toyota. He was very accommodating and told me he would have the vehicle that I wanted to see ready. He spent a lot of time with me going over all the options with the Highlanders. I ended up purchasing a completely different Highlander than I originally came in to see. Jake took wonderful care of me and made sure that everything was completed and gave me a wonderful trade in for my used Corolla. All in all I would say Jake is the reason that I walked away with the SUV I bought today. He made the process easy and also kept my time important. He made sure I would still have time to go to a Karate function for Father’s Day. I am very pleased and will continue to purchase my vehicles at this location in the future.
