During the time of my toyota tundra purchase 3/27/2021, alot of people not only had their tax returns, they also had their stimulus checks, so cars and trucks were flying off their lots, I called Friday ni alot of people not only had their tax returns, they also had their stimulus checks, so cars and trucks were flying off their lots, I called Friday night at 8pm and I thought it would be closed, but Jose Blanco answered the phone and asked what I was looking for, I said a used tundra, he said one of his sales associate will call me and assured me the experience at this dealership will be phenomenal, I said ok, withing a matter of minutes Jake Fratt called me and asked me what I was looking for and what my budget was, I said a tundra crewmax used, he said there's some here but are selling quickly,( I can confirm this because I went to both toyota dealerships in tucson and they didn't have anything), so we decided to make the trip to Phoenix and the dealership when we arrived was pandemonium, my wife and 4 year old kid were greeted by Jake Fratt and even though it was a mad house he took the time to go get my daughter some pop tarts and gummy bears and hot chocolate, and waters. He was composed but working quickly because time was of an essence and tundras were disappearing like pancakes on a Sunday morning, he let us test drive a new tundra 4x4 just to get the feel of the monster but we knew we couldn't afford it, after talking about family and other current life situations we looked at my budget and he showed us one that was gently used and that I could afford and was actually one of only a few left, the techs where actually installing the factory rear view mirrors again and wasn't ready just yet, previous owner had the extended mirrors for towing, we fell in love with the tundra he showed us instantly and knew it was coming home, by the way im a chevy man at heart but I know when it comes to reliability I wanted a tundra, Jake was very knowledgeable on all areas from the mechanics of the tundra to financial and how I can manage my monthly payments, Jake also looked for the best percentage I could get and we left extremely happy, will be returning to purchase a sequoia next. Will definitely recommend. More
