They strive for customers to feel very happy when they leave this place, but I am very much disappointed with Avondale Toyota. I have driven an 2006 Toyota Tacoma Prerunner for 6 YEARS with NO driveabilti leave this place, but I am very much disappointed with Avondale Toyota. I have driven an 2006 Toyota Tacoma Prerunner for 6 YEARS with NO driveabiltity/mechanical/electrical problems WHATSOEVER. I decided to have them simply flush the transmission and take a look at an oil leak. Long story short/$4400 later..... their "repair" caused my engine to seize, which they don't think had anything to do with what they did . I repeat, after driving an exceptional vehicle for 6 years and having no problems with it whatsoever, they have caused such an inconvenience and I am apalled! Thank you Avondale Toyota, THANKS FOR NOTHING!!!! More
Have been a huge fan of this dealership for over a year. O only purchase my vehicles at this dealership. If I didn't live 40 mins away, I'd have it serviced here too. Manny also has been a great find for someone like me who doesn't know parts & accessories. They always do their best to ensure I'm taken care of. They're very patient with me and even after the sale, they make themselves available if I have questions. Great service and great people! I highly recommend if you're in the market for a new vehicle! Arrived at Avondale Toyota and service was fast and friendly. Both CJ and Mitch were very helpful and solved my problem fast and efficiently and I am greatly appreciative for this. I came to the dealership because I had 2 different rotors on my car so I was unable to change one of them by myself. I explained the problem to the guy who checked me in (They wrote CJ on the windshield so I on my car so I was unable to change one of them by myself. I explained the problem to the guy who checked me in (They wrote CJ on the windshield so I assume that was him) and said I wanted help figuring how we can fix this. His first response was (after asking when I bought the car) since it had been 5 years since I bought it, they couldn't do any free repairs on my car. I felt a little offended because I really just wanted to know how to get the rotor off and why the car had different rotors to begin with. Anyway, he was unable to answer my questions because each answer started out with a defense that Avondale Toyota was not financially responsible. Finally, the mechanic spoke up and answered my questions and while he was answering, CJ stood behind him echoing some of the response. It just reminded me of a little kid, standing behind his big brother, yelling at the bully. I never once asked for free work or free products so for him to treat me like that was irritating and offensive. Also, once we determined no work would be done, I sat there for an hour and a half waiting for my car. I felt like I was being punished for not using their services, since I had "wasted their time" they were going to waste mine. It would have been a lot easier to just have my rotor changed there (one of the times the convenience is worth the cost) but after the way I was treated, I had no interest in giving them any of my money. More
I brought my Tundra into Avondale Toyota for service a couple weeks ago right before a long road trip. Their service dept. is the very best I've dealt with. Everyone there is extremely professional, easy to deal with and they take the time to explain everything to you so you understand what's going on with your vehicle. It's why I keep coming back...
