Felt comfortable going to Axelrod based on the familiar name the brand and reputation. It was a strange experience I must say. There was a few salesman there when I walked in but no one approached me. A yo name the brand and reputation. It was a strange experience I must say. A young lady mopping the floor asked if i needed help and she kindly went and informed a salesman that I needed assistance.I was interested in the Envision Avenir. He turned to another salesman and laughed and said “She’s looking at the top of the line”! As if I was out of my league. After test driving and really impressed with the vehicle and was interested in purchasing the vehicle I still wanted to take a look at a second vehicle because I always like Plan B but that never happened I could tell he was so determined to make the sale on that vehicle that you know he didn’t let that happen and when I try to back off I could see he was agitated I could see that and he was very insistent at I’m used to pushy salesman when I’ve tried to buy something or was undecided but it was not the best look for you not for your organization. We never reviewed the the car options because really I don’t believe he knew anything about the car. The gas cap was the extent of his knowledge of the vehicle.Not registering the my Buick app -Sirius- On Star or the operation vehicle. I’ll read the manual. Believe me I overlooked poor service because the CAR outweighs all that! The finance rep was so upset that I chose to get a better rate with my credit union that she stormed out of the office and never reviewed the extended warranty options or any other options. Not until I returned the next visit. I’ve purchased plenty of cars over the last 35 years or so. This was a $40,000+ purchase . I think I would have been treated better at JD Byrider. They acted like used car salesmen and financing characters. It was All about the car for me! The product !Not the 2 folks that I dealt with! It was not what you’d expect from a Buick Dealer. I Love my ride though! More
