not sure what happen service call was 100.00 dollars more then we agreed my wife waited for the work to be finished no one ask her about xtra charges for filter and drain service call was 100.00 dollars more then we agreed my wife waited for the work to be finished no one ask her about xtra charges for filter and drain plug on oil pan we expected bill to be less then 50.00 charges were 149.00 and change are previous visit to the dealer have all gone well and very pleased not sure what happen this visit but we are not happy about the outcome More
