This is my first dealing with this dealership so I was apprehensive at first. Once I decided to purchase the car, the process was straight forward and simple. The car was detailed and looked great for pickup. I liked that a salesman sat with me in the car and showed me all the options and helped to set up the blue-tooth and onstar. The show room is pretty small and didn't have alot of vehicles inside. They made up for this by pulling the car at which I wanted to look into their back bay and then let me look through it there, which actually turned out to work well, as I had a bit more privacy with my family to look through it. I visited Axelrod Buick GMC interested in learning more about the GMC Terrain and not necessarily planning to buy or lease one. Upon entering the dealership we were greeted by Dave who immediately made me about the GMC Terrain and not necessarily planning to buy or lease one. Dave and the staff patiently answered my countless questions about the car. Having decided this was the vehicle I wanted, Dave and the Axelrod staff made sure I received every incentive available as well as arranging for the completion of my lease on my current vehicle.
