It was all about the sale for them and not the client. They did not show me all there was to offer and I am not in love with my purchase. I ended up in a base model because the guy assigned to me kept say They did not show me all there was to offer and I am not in love with my purchase. I ended up in a base model because the guy assigned to me kept saying it’s all the same thing, not much of a difference between the Equinox LS AND LT BUT THERE IS! Also! I bought a brand new 2023 and should’ve received a better package/maintenance package. They said i had a 2 year maintenance package which ultimately turned out to be one free oil change to be used within two years of purchase. I believe it was just this dealership in particular. A lesson learned but I would definitely shop around.. just not there More
