I arrived at 9:00 for my appointment they keep me there till 4:30 just to tell me that I needed to leave the vehicle.. they charged me 1,100 dollars to replace right axel and arm .. and still didn’t fix my till 4:30 just to tell me that I needed to leave the vehicle.. they charged me 1,100 dollars to replace right axel and arm .. and still didn’t fix my issue.. I bought my new truck from George. All I asked is he walk around & make sure there is nothing wrong with the vehicle because I was coming from NY, I was buying it based on his word and All I asked is he walk around & make sure there is nothing wrong with the vehicle because I was coming from NY, I was buying it based on his word and I wanted to get in and get out. I bought and paid for my brand new truck sight unseen. Sure enough when I walked around the vehicle, there was damage. He assured me he would order the part. He also told me he would clean the truck & fill the tank. The Gas was not full, exterior of the truck was spotty & interior of the truck was filthy & thrown together. Mats were in the wrong place and the electric trailer brake wire harness was missing. I took the truck home cleaned and noticed a dent in the wheel well as well. I called 3 weeks later to find out what’s going on with the part and when will I receive my plates. The Part was never ordered and plates have no time of arrival. This is not the experience I’m used to when I buy a vehicle. Still to this day, no part replaced or an idea when it coming, no response on the dent and no plates. This is disheartening because I’m a 800 plus credit score, I gave you $10k for down payment, found the truck online and couldn’t have been an easier customer. I would have hoped to continue business with Axis Chevrolet. We will see if there is a positive response after this review. More
