I had a great overall experience at BMW Certified Pre-Owned Medford. Amir was friendly, professional, and persistent in his follow-up (without being pushy!). He got me a fair offer on my trade-in, even though I bought it new from a different Herb Chambers dealership. Nick also provided smooth assistance on the trade-in day. While the finance office was closed that Sunday, Amir went the extra mile by personally delivering the check the next day. I highly recommend this dealership and would definitely return for future BMW purchases or sales. More
