Most ineffiicient purchase process I have ever seen. We arrived to find ou they had screwed up all of our paper work which took them 90 minutes to rectify, After another 90 minutes of waiting around we found out that they had not even provided the needed information to our insurance company. We had to call ourselves. The sales manager tried to blame our insurance company instead of them dropping the ball not once but twice. Nobody from the dealership trhought to call. I am hoping the service department is better but I woud stay away from sales. They are simply awful.
