Jose has been challenging to work with form the begining. He has been pushy, arrogant and has spoken down to me from the beginning. He has continued to stand in way of resolving my service issues - even after I solicited a thrird party opinion - stating that they have little responsibility for failing parts and unresolved issues, nw that I am $4000 into a repair. The bullying and lack of interest in really helping me resolve these service issues and safety issues have made me take my unresolved and undrivable car elsewhere. I recently went to BMW of Medford to take a look at one of their Toyota Camrys they had on the lot and not only did I take it home but I never thought I’d end up buying 2 cars in one day. Both vehicles were in great condition and well maintained. Nick even went as far as refinishing the rims without me asking just to make me happy. The finance Manager, Wilson, was incredible. He explained everything in great detail and even set me up with a spectacular deal on gap insurance for both my new cars.
