Lamar was nice over the phone, but my 7 series was described as better than it was when I finally inspected. Although I fully appreciate that I purchased a pre-owned car, I expected more by buying at described as better than it was when I finally inspected. A failed seat inflation device, a failed instrument cluster, and a sunroof needing a new seal- all discovered within a few days after the sale cost me thousands. BMW Concord wasn't interested in helping in any way, and I had the repairs completed at my local dealership in Seattle. Very dissapointed, and expected more from what was supposed to be a premier dealership. More

Out of all of the mini dealerships in the east bay, Mini of Concord provided the best service, had the best price and had the best staff. I would recommend it to anyone. More

I highly recommend Danny and the Concord dealership. We were looking for a specific model and features and did an extensive internet search. Danny was accessible, responsive, and accommodating - we were pleased with his willingness to provide information and do the preliminary negotiations through email and phone conversations. This was important to us because we did not want to waste our time driving to Concord (we live in San Francisco) if the car was not available or unacceptable to us. When we met Danny, he was pleasant, professional and extremely knowledgable about everything BMW. We discussed the pros and cons of leasing vs. buying and ultimately took the car on the 3-year lease, since that worked best for us. Danny was never pushy or intrusive, but rather informative and helpful; it was actually a very positive experience. We love our 335 and plan to work with Danny for a new one when this lease is up (...hopefully BMW will do something about those awful cupholders...) More
