I would like to give you some insight to the service I have received at BMW Concord and from my service advisor, Andrew Northrop. I made the appointment a few days ahead of the date I wanted and was tol have received at BMW Concord and from my service advisor, Andrew Northrop. I made the appointment a few days ahead of the date I wanted and was told I would have a loaner while my car was serviced. Upon arrival for the appointment I did indeed get a loaner. Later in the afternoon I was called to advise me the car had been serviced and they had taken it over to be washed. Unfortunately, the machine which washes the car malfunctioned and bumper and side panel was damaged. Andrew was very sorry but assured me the BMW would be repaired ---both parts replaced and painted. This was done quickly and to my liking. I used their loaner until my car was finished. This was handled in a professional manner and I really was pleased with the way it was handled. I've had lots of BMWs and all of them serviced, at many of the BMW dealers in various states----BMW Concord and Andrew might be the best. More

I did BMW's European Delivery and Danny had a lot of experience with the process, so it gave me more confid I've ordered twice through BMW Concord. Many dealerships and client advisers are not familiar with the European Delivery program and it could cause some headaches and frustrations for the buyer. Plus the transaction was totally easy as everything was done over e-mail. I only had to go into the dealership to sign and pay for the car and to take delivery. I've also used the Service Department and they've always been very helpful too. They also call you the day before to remind you of your appt. More
