Roseville, Concord BMW had the particular car we wanted (after a lot of searching in Northern California this dealership always seemed to have the best selection of vehicles.). Our initial telephone contact was with salesperson Jackie Gottlieb. After couple of phone calls and confirming emails, we reached the terms of our agreement and we headed to Concord. When we arrived our car was prepped, with a full tank, and ready to go. Jackie was true to her word with the terms that had been agreed upon on the phone. She is extremely friendly and very knowledgeable. She quickly and efficiently got through the mounds of paper work. I also enjoyed being helped by their tech ‘Genius’ Tyler. She was very knowledgeable and efficient in explaining the complicated tech system. The only minor issue I had was with their finance person who continued to hard sell a warranty that we had opted not to purchase. I know that’s her job, but we shouldn’t have to say no to the same thing 10 times. Overall, this was an extremely pleasant experience, which is saying something because I am not a fan of the new car buying process. I would definitely reccomend Concord BMW. Thank you Jackie! More

I never felt pressure to purchase and never pushed into purchasing a more expensive car than what I should. And trust me, that's hard for me as I'm a car person at heart and a sucker for the more expensive ones. ;-) I've also been bringing my car here for service for 3 years and they have always treated me like a VIP.
