Misdiagnose followed with poor service Within my warranty the turbo went out. Concord bmw repaired it but within the first week i smelled burnet chemical in the engine. When i told concord bmw about ut they said dont worry its your turbo since its new. I continued to smell it and when i took it back they told me its fine. After a week i noticed i am loosing coolant but too bad my waranty was expired. I took the car to a local mechanic shop and they said your oil gasket is leaking not to mention my radiator is loosing coolant too. It took a local mexhanic to tell me what is the issue when concord bmw totally misdiagnosed and ignore the problem within the time of warranty. Last time i will buy a bmw and deal with concord bmw More

Ultimately, the dealer and I agreed on a fair price, and when I came to pick up the vehicle, all was ready and process pretty efficient. I would recommend Mike and the buying experience at Concord.
