Michael is one of those rare car salesmen who you meet once or maybe twice in your lifetime. He is more than willing to go the extra mile to make sure you are happy and well informed. He is the only reason why we came back to the BMW Concord to buy a car. I wish I could say the same thing about Jennifer Sims. This lady is condescending and unprofessional. For whatever reason it took her about 2 hours the get the papers ready. I only bring this up because I expected her to be sympathetic towards us because we waited so long. But she did not even acknowledge it. She also offered us some options on buying some extra maintenance coverage, to which we decided to decline. From that moment forward, she treated us very differently. She would barely talk or look at us displaying very clearly her anger for us not buying the coverage she wanted us to buy. She needs to learn that "the customer is always right". We almost walked away from buying the car because of her lousy attitude. Next time I buy a car from BMW Concord, I will make sure I get someone else to help us with the finance portion of the process. More

It was my first BMW purchase and somewhat similar ex As much as I would like use adjectives, I would just like to tell my short story at BMW Concord. It was my first BMW purchase and somewhat similar expectation in a dealership with sales commanding a hard sell. I had contacted Danny Andrade regarding a BMW 328i that I saw at the dealership's website. While he was not available he had parked the car outside of the dealership for me to view. The next day Kris Mang (Danny's associate) assisted me with the test drive. Driving a machine like the BMW is a pull off your back into the driver seat kind of speed. Started the paperwork with Finance. All the attention is on you the customer. Steve was the Finance guy and presented a good deal with regards to rate, warranties, and maintenance. Scott Roos, well-versed BMW fanatic on the inside showed how the machine worked, the equipment and technology BMW provided. Although there was a little rattling of the passenger door lock, Jeremy Bedford assisted in having service fixed it. Going to the BMW twice to get it fixed was not a chore, as the loaner cars they provide are also nice machines, so that you can go about your day. In other words, I felt like the President of BMW, and you will too! - Thanks- Carlo More
