Thank you. All I asked was met. I previously had taken my car to the San Jose BMW which kept my car seven days and refused to give me a loaner and I honestly did not know what to expect of Amy. I can honestly say she exeeded my expectations in the attention and service provided to me. She spent about 45 minutes with me and listening to my concerns reguarding malfunction on the car and weird sounds. All my concerns where addressed in a timely manner and I am more than pleased with Amy and her service. I came to address 1 issue and she ended up fixing 7 issues that where all covered under warranty. Again thank you Amy , you can be certain i have found my services technician (Amy) More

Rushed and on our way I e-mailed, then called one of the internet sales manager to look at a used Honda Pilot. When I arrived at the BMW dealership I met the internet sal I e-mailed, then called one of the internet sales manager to look at a used Honda Pilot. When I arrived at the BMW dealership I met the internet salesmen, he had the vehicle out back to look at. It was clean and ready to drive. I told him I had a trade in and he sighed and said ok. Didn't bother to ask the make or model. He walked a good 20 ft in front of me and my father in law. Did not ask one question ie. How did you find us? Where are you from etc. We noticed on the price list there was a navigation system listed. But there was no navigation system in the Pilot. We brought this to the salesmen attention and he just shrugged and said oh. Took a quick drive, he said Ill keep in touch via internet and walked off. We felt very rushed and a very pushed out the door. More
